The person who places an order as a member and whose information is included in the form on the website.
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement with the order placed via www.stock303.com .

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the law number 6502 and relevant regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services specified in the contract, which the buyer orders electronically from the seller 's website www.stock303.com.

4. Product Information

The type, quantity, model, price, payment method and delivery address of the products are recorded in the system as chosen by the buyer and sent via e-mail.

5. Delivery

Products will be shipped within 3 (three) business days after order confirmation and payment completion.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the buyer when ordering.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the product is delivered to the cargo company, responsibility passes to the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

However, if the package of underwear products in the hygienic product category has been opened, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and its packaging must not be opened.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment can be made by credit card or money transfer/EFT .
All prices include VAT.
Shipping and other costs, if any, are shown separately at the ordering stage.
Invoices are issued electronically and delivered to the recipient.

8. Dispute Status

In case of dispute, the buyer may submit his complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
Competent judicial authorities are: Ankara Central Courts and Enforcement Offices .

9. Entry into Force

By placing an order through the www.stock303.com website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
This contract comes into force upon completion of the order.
